Paul believes relationships are the key-whether it is management, tenants, leasing, partners or lenders-the project outcome is enhanced by long-term mutually beneficial relationships. Volunteer work involves Special Olympics, Urban Peak Colorado Springs youth shelter, and a two year teaching position in Laos, SE Asia.
